Questions people ask first

Will people talk to an AI?

Many do: they asked you about a quote, and the agent reminds them of it in the first few seconds. It answers questions, handles the usual objections and puts the interested ones through to you. Hear four of our callers above, or start free and talk to it in your browser first.

Will my leads know it's an AI?

Yes, whenever they ask: it says plainly it's a virtual assistant and never claims to be a person. It names itself and your company at the start of every call. How the agent identifies itself.

Is it legal to call old leads?

Calls go out only in each state's permitted hours in the lead's own time zone, numbers on your do-not-call list or that said stop are never called, and attempts are limited. Your lead source's consent record stays with each lead. You're responsible for having permission to contact your leads; here's what a good lead comes with.

What happens when someone says "stop"?

The call ends right there and the number goes on your do-not-call list, so it's never called again. Rude or threatening callers get the same treatment.

Does it work with my CRM?

Checks run before every call

These are not settings to switch off. A lead that fails any of them is not dialed.

  • Limited attemptsEach lead is called only a set number of times, with hours between tries.
  • Legal calling hoursCalls go out only inside each state's permitted hours, in the lead's time zone.
  • Names who's callingThe caller gives its name and your company's right away, and says plainly that it's a virtual agent whenever it's asked, never claiming to be a person.
  • Stop means stop"Take me off your list" ends the call on the spot and removes the number.
