Terms of service
Last updated October 15, 2026
SolarDialer (solardialer.net) is run by Solar House World LLC, a Florida company, 7901 4th St N, Ste 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33702 ("we", "us"). These terms are the agreement between us and the business that opens a SolarDialer account ("you"). Please read them. They put the legal responsibility for your calls on you.

1. Accepting these terms
- By creating an account or using SolarDialer, you agree to these terms, our privacy policy and our text message terms.
- SolarDialer is for business use only. You must be at least 18, and you must have the authority to bind the business you sign up for. "You" means that business.
- The details you give us (your name, company, email, phone) must be true, and you must keep them current.
- If you and we have signed a separate written agreement, it wins where it differs from these terms.
2. Account approval, refusal and suspension
- We review every new account before its first call. We may approve or refuse any account, for any lawful reason, and we do not have to give one.
- We may ask for more before or after approval: who you are, where your leads come from, and proof of the consent behind them. You agree to answer truthfully and promptly.
- We may limit, pause or suspend calling, a campaign, a number or the whole account, at once and without notice, when we believe: these terms or a law are being broken; people complain about your calls; a carrier, regulator or provider asks us to; your numbers are being marked as spam; your balance is unpaid; or the account is a risk to us, other accounts or the people being called.
3. What the service does
You add your own leads, by file upload, by our lead API, or through an integration. An AI voice agent calls them with the script you set, answers their questions, qualifies them, and puts interested people through to your own closer, or books a callback. Calls are recorded and transcribed. You can call on our phone lines or bring your own SIP carrier and numbers.
The agent is software. It can mishear, misunderstand, or say something wrong. Transcripts, summaries and call outcomes are made by machine and can be wrong too. Check your script, listen to your calls, and do not rely on a summary for a decision that matters.
4. Your calls are your responsibility
You decide whom to call, when, how often, and what the agent says. The calls are made for you and on your instructions. For the purposes of every calling law, you are the seller and the party that makes or initiates the calls; we provide the technology.
You are solely responsible for making sure every call made from your account is lawful. That includes, where they apply:
- The Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and the FCC's rules under it. In February 2024 the FCC ruled that calls using AI-generated voices are calls with an "artificial or prerecorded voice" under the TCPA. In general this means you need the person's prior express consent to call a mobile number this way, and their prior express written consent for a telemarketing call to a mobile or home number.
- The FTC's Telemarketing Sales Rule.
- The National Do Not Call Registry, state do-not-call lists, and your own internal do-not-call list.
- State telemarketing and "mini-TCPA" laws, including their consent rules, calling hours, limits on how often a person may be called, registration and bonding of telemarketers, and rules on AI or automated calls.
- Recording laws, including the states that require everyone on a call to agree to it being recorded.
- The laws of any other country you call, including its do-not-call registry.
You promise (warrant) that, for every number you call through SolarDialer:
- you have the person's consent in the form the law requires for that call, including prior express written consent where required;
- that consent covers calls from your business with an artificial or AI voice. Consent given to someone else, such as a lead seller, counts only if it lawfully extends to you;
- the lead was collected lawfully, and the person has not withdrawn consent or asked you not to call;
- you have checked the number against the National Do Not Call Registry and any state list where the law requires it;
- you keep the proof of consent for at least 5 years and give it to us within 5 business days when we ask.
Our safeguards help; they do not make your calls lawful. SolarDialer has built-in checks: a do-not-call list honoured on the spot, calling hours checked in each lead's time zone (every zone, for a state that spans several), public holidays, limits on attempts and the gap between them, and an agent that says it is a virtual assistant. These are aids. They do not check your consent, they may not match every rule that applies to you, and they can fail. Our do-not-call list holds the numbers whose owners asked us not to be contacted; it is not the National Do Not Call Registry or any state list. That we let calls go to a state or a country does not mean calls there are lawful for you. We may change these checks at any time.
A number on our do-not-call list is not called again by any SolarDialer account.
5. AI voice and disclosure
- Early in each call the agent says it is a virtual assistant. If asked, it says it is not a person, and it offers to get a person on the line.
- You must not change your script, or anything else, to hide that the caller is an AI, to give the agent a human identity, or to make it claim to be a person.
- You must not use the agent to pretend to be another real person or business, a government body, a utility, or anyone you are not authorised to speak for, or to say anything false or misleading about who is calling or why.
6. Recordings and transcripts
- Every call is recorded and transcribed, including the part after a transfer, when your closer is on the line.
- The agent tells people the line is recorded in the states that require everyone's consent to recording. You are responsible for any other notice or consent the law requires, for both the people called and your own staff and closers who take transferred calls.
- Recordings and transcripts are kept in your account, where you can listen to, download and export them.
7. Acceptable use
You must not use SolarDialer to:
- call anyone without the consent the law requires, or call numbers you know are on a do-not-call list without the right to do so;
- send spam, or make robocalls or mass calls to bought, scraped or guessed numbers without consent;
- deceive anyone, including about the caller's identity, the offer, prices, savings, government programmes or incentives;
- harass or threaten anyone, or keep calling someone who asked you to stop;
- offer anything illegal, or say anything defamatory, discriminatory or obscene;
- spoof a caller ID you have no right to use, or use numbers to dodge spam labels or blocks;
- collect sensitive data such as card numbers, bank details or Social Security numbers on calls;
- break, probe or overload the service, get around its limits or checks, or reach accounts or data that are not yours;
- resell or give access to the service to others without our written permission.
Texts from our numbers go only to people who text them first, as our text message terms say. You must not use the service to send other texts.
8. Your data
- Your leads, scripts, recordings, transcripts and call results ("your data") belong to you.
- You give us a limited licence to store, copy, process, send and show your data only as needed to run, support and secure the service; to review calls so we can fix and improve how the agent works; and to meet the law. This licence ends when your data is deleted, except as section 15 says.
- We do not sell your data, and we do not use your leads for anyone else's calls.
- We may keep statistics drawn from use of the service that identify no person and no account.
- You are responsible for your data being accurate and lawfully collected, for your right to give it to us, and for any privacy notices you owe the people in it. Our privacy policy says how we handle personal information.
9. Other services and integrations
The providers we use. SolarDialer runs on other companies' services, including a voice AI platform (Vapi), AI model and voice providers, telephone carriers (such as SignalWire), and hosting. Your data passes through them only to deliver the service.
Your own carrier. If you bring your own SIP carrier and numbers, your agreement with that carrier governs them. You are responsible for its charges, for having the right to use its numbers, and for their registration and caller ID. Even then, the leg of a transfer to your closer may go through our carrier and show one of our numbers to the closer.
Integrations. You may connect SolarDialer to other services, such as a CRM (for example GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Pipedrive or Zoho CRM) or Zapier, or send us data through our API. When you connect one:
- You authorise us to read from it the contacts you choose, and to write back to it call results: notes, outcomes, summaries, tags, stages, tasks, do-not-call marks, and links to recordings and transcripts on SolarDialer. You authorise it to send that data to us.
- You must have the right to connect it and to share that data both ways.
- Leads that come in through an integration are your leads like any others. Section 4 applies to them in full.
- That service's own terms and privacy policy govern your use of it. We do not control it and are not responsible for it, for whether it is available, or for what it does with data we send it on your instructions.
- You can disconnect at any time, in SolarDialer or by removing our app in the other service. Syncing then stops, and we delete the access tokens and the links between its contacts and your leads. Leads already brought in stay in your account until you delete them. What we already wrote into the other service stays there.
Calendars. You may connect a calendar (Google Calendar, Cal.com or Calendly) on Account → Integrations. You authorise us to read when you are busy and to book into it the appointments your campaigns set, with the person's name, phone, address for a visit and a note. Disconnecting stops it and deletes the access we kept; appointments already booked stay in the calendar. Our use of Google user data is described in the privacy policy.
Names of other companies and products are their owners' trademarks. Our integration with them does not mean they endorse SolarDialer.
10. Logins, API keys and integration tokens
- Keep your password, API keys and integration credentials secret. Use API keys only from your own server, never in a web page's code.
- You are responsible for everything done with your logins and keys. If one may have been exposed, replace it at once and tell us.
- We may turn off a key or a connection we believe is compromised or misused. The API has limits on how much it accepts, and we may change it, with notice where we reasonably can.
11. Fees and payment
- Prices. Calls are charged at the rates on our Pricing page, or the rate set for your account, at the time of the call. Per-minute calls are billed in the steps the Pricing page shows, from the moment a call connects. Calls nobody answers are free. A transfer adds the phone-line rate for your closer's leg. On your own carrier, you pay us the agent's rate and your carrier its own.
- Per-transfer plans. If your account is on a price per transfer, you pay that price for each transfer you approve, and other calls are free. On this plan the balance can go below zero, and that amount is a debt you owe us, payable within 15 days.
- Prepaid balance. On other plans you pay in advance by adding credit to your balance. Calls and campaigns stop when it runs out. To add credit, contact us; each payment shows on your Billing page.
- Free calls. Each month we may add free call credit to your balance, as your account page shows. It is used before your own money, has no cash value, and what is left at the end of the month is taken back. Trial credit works the same way. We may change or end free and trial credit at any time.
- Taxes. Prices do not include taxes or government fees. You pay any that apply, except taxes on our income. We do not charge sales tax or telecom fees today; we will tell you before we start.
- Price changes. We may change our prices. A change applies to calls made after it takes effect, and we will give you 14 days notice by email or in your account first.
- Refunds. Minutes used and transfers approved are not refunded. Unused paid credit is refunded on request when you close your account, less any amount you owe. Free and trial credit is never refunded.
- Billing questions. Every charge is listed on your Billing page. Tell us about a charge you think is wrong within 30 days; after that it stands. Please talk to us before disputing a payment with your bank.
12. Service availability and no warranty
We work to keep SolarDialer running, but we do not promise it will be available all the time, or free of errors. We may change, add or remove features. Calls depend on carriers and providers we do not control: they can fail, drop, sound poor, or reach voicemail, and carriers or phones may label numbers as spam.
To the extent the law allows, SolarDialer is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise any result: not answer rates, transfers, appointments or sales, and not that your use of the service complies with the law.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, leads, data or goodwill, even if we were told they were possible.
- Our total liability for all claims about the service or these terms is no more than what you paid us in the 12 months before the event that gave rise to the claim.
- These limits do not limit what you owe us: fees, or your obligations under section 14.
14. Indemnification
You will defend us, our owners, staff and providers, and pay any losses, damages, fines, settlements and reasonable legal costs, arising from any claim, lawsuit, complaint or investigation about:
- calls, transfers or texts made from your account, including claims under the TCPA, the Telemarketing Sales Rule, and state telemarketing, do-not-call, AI-call and recording laws;
- your leads, your consent records, your scripts or your data;
- your integrations, your carrier, or anything sent to us under your logins or keys;
- your breach of these terms or of any law.
We will tell you about the claim, let you control its defence (you may not settle it in a way that admits fault for us or binds us without our consent), and help at your cost.
15. Ending the agreement, and your data afterwards
- You may stop using SolarDialer at any time, and ask us to close your account by writing to info@solardialer.net.
- We may close your account for a breach of these terms, for an unpaid balance, when the law or a provider requires it, or with 30 days notice for any other reason.
- Before you close it, export what you want to keep: leads, lists, calls, and recordings with their transcripts can be downloaded from your account.
- Within 30 days after your account closes, we delete your data: your leads, recordings, transcripts and integration tokens. Backups are overwritten within a further 30 days.
- We keep only: do-not-call entries, so those numbers are never called again; billing records, as long as the law requires; and what we need to deal with a dispute, a complaint, a legal claim or a request from the authorities, for as long as it lasts.
- Closing does not end what you owe us. Sections 4, 8, 11 (for amounts owed) and 12 to 18 continue after the agreement ends.
16. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. We will post the new version here with a new date. For a change that matters, we will also tell you by email or in your account at least 14 days before it takes effect. Using SolarDialer after that means you accept the change. If you do not, stop using it and close your account.
17. Governing law and disputes
Florida law governs these terms, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute goes to the state and federal courts in Pinellas County, Florida, and both of us agree to their jurisdiction.
18. General
- These terms, with the privacy policy and text message terms, are the whole agreement between us about SolarDialer.
- If a court finds part of them unenforceable, the rest still applies.
- If we do not enforce a right at once, we have not given it up.
- You may not transfer this agreement without our written consent. We may transfer it to a business that takes over SolarDialer.
- Neither of us is liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, such as carrier or provider outages, power or internet failures, natural disasters, or acts of government. This does not excuse payment.
- We send notices to your account's email address. Send notices to us at info@solardialer.net or by post to the address below.
- You and we are independent businesses. Nothing here makes either of us the other's partner, employee or agent.
