Data Processing Addendum

This addendum is part of our Terms of service. It covers the personal data of the people a business calls or texts with SolarDialer. Need a signed copy? Write to info@solardialer.net and we'll send one for signature.
1. Who is who
- You, the business with a SolarDialer account, are the controller of your leads' data: you decide whom to call, why, and what happens with the results.
- We, SolarDialer (solardialer.net, run by the company named in our Terms), are your processor: we handle that data only to run the service for you.
- For your own account details (your login, email, billing) we are the controller, as our Privacy policy says.
2. What we process
- Whose data: your leads, and anyone who answers or calls back on their numbers.
- What: the details you upload or send us (name, phone numbers, email, address, state, notes, consent records), and what happens on calls and texts: recordings, transcripts, summaries, answers to your questions, outcomes, callback times and do-not-call requests.
- Why: to call and text your leads for you, transfer interested people to you, book callbacks, send results to the tools you connect, keep the do-not-call list, and secure and support the service.
3. Our commitments
- We process your leads' data only on your instructions: your campaigns, settings and connected tools are those instructions. We don't sell it and don't use it for anything else.
- Only the people who run SolarDialer can reach it, only to operate, secure and support the service, and they keep it confidential.
- We protect it as our Security page describes.
- If we learn of unauthorized access to your data, we tell you without undue delay, with what happened and what we are doing about it.
- If one of your leads asks us to see or delete their data, we tell you and help you answer.
- The data is stored in the United States. Some of our providers may process it elsewhere under their own terms.
4. Subprocessors
These providers carry parts of the service and receive only what they need for their part.

A phone carrier, CRM or other tool you connect to your account is your own choice and works under your agreement with it, not as our subprocessor. When we add or replace a subprocessor, we update this list and the date above.
5. Deletion
- Ask at info@solardialer.net, from your account's email address, to delete your account, a list of leads, or one person's data.
- We delete it within 30 days of the request, including at the providers that store recordings for us, and copies in backups are overwritten within a further 30 days, as our Privacy policy says.
- What we keep: phone numbers on the do-not-call list (deleting them would let them be called again), billing records for as long as tax law requires, and anything the law or a dispute requires us to keep.
