Is there a monthly fee or contract?: No. You add credit and pay for the minutes you use. Stop any time.
What counts as a minute?: The time the agent is on a connected call, rounded up to the next 6 seconds. Calls that ring out, are busy or never connect are free.
Can I use my own phone carrier?: Yes. Add your SIP trunk and numbers, and you pay only the agent's 14¢ a minute to us.
