SolarDialer

How it works

You bring the leads, old or new, and the closer. The agent makes the calls, has the first conversation, and puts the interested homeowners through to your closer, live.

Sign up free See all features

  1. Create your account

Sign up and we'll approve your account. It comes with $2 of free calls every month, no card needed.

  2. Add your leads

Upload a spreadsheet of homeowners who asked about solar or another home service, send them by API, or dial one yourself. Put them on lists to keep sources apart. Where to get leads

  3. Set up your verticals and your closer

Solar, roofing, HVAC, windows, water treatment and pest control come ready to use, and you can add your own. On Verticals, each one has its agent's name, voice and company, the offer line it opens with, its answers to objections, its rules and its lead statuses. Change what you like, press "Hear your script", or reset it to the defaults. Then add your closer's number: that's where interested homeowners are put through.

  4. Start a campaign

Pick a vertical, or a ready-made template, and its script and transfer lines fill in. Then, step by step: the lists, the hours to call in each lead's own time, and your closer. Before every call, the lead's calling hours, holidays, attempt limits and the do-not-call list are checked.

  5. The agent calls

It greets the homeowner by name, confirms it has the right person, says why it's calling and asks if they're still looking for help.

    • Voicemail, call blockers and screeners are handled for you
    • Questions about cost, roofs or savings go to your closer, not to guesses
    • "Not now" becomes a callback; "stop calling" is honoured on the spot
  6. Your closer takes over

When the homeowner says yes, your closer's phone rings. They hear a short briefing (the homeowner's name and state), then the homeowner joins. If your closer can't pick up, a callback is set.

  7. Review and follow up

Every call has its recording, transcript, result and cost. Callbacks come round on their own, and your lists show where every lead stands, with the statuses of its own vertical.

What a call sounds like

A typical call, shortened. Listen to a demo call.

HomeownerHello?

AgentHi, may I speak with Dana?

HomeownerSpeaking.

AgentDana, you'd asked about a no-cost solar program to help with your electric bill. This is Ava with Solar USA. Are you still looking for help with that?

HomeownerYeah, how much would it cost?

AgentThe program is no cost and no money down, and the consultation is no obligation. Let me see if I can get someone on who can show you the numbers.

Your closer hears: "I have Dana on the line for a solar consultation. Dana lives in Pennsylvania. Wants to hear more. Recorded line." Then Dana joins the call.
