Phone carriers by country
You can call from your own numbers on your own SIP carrier. Add the carrier and your numbers on the Numbers and carriers page, and your calls use them instead of ours. Here is what to ask a carrier, and well-known ones by country.
SolarDialer can call leads in any country, inside that country's calling hours. Each lead is called from a number in its own country, so to call abroad, add a carrier with local numbers there.
What to ask a carrier
- Do you allow automated and AI-voiced outbound calls, and what do you need from me for them?
- Can I get a SIP trunk with a username and password, or do you authenticate by IP address? (By IP, you'll need to allow calls from the two addresses on the Numbers and carriers page.)
- Do you sell local numbers in the areas I call, and can those numbers show as caller ID on calls through my trunk?
- For US numbers: what STIR/SHAKEN attestation do my calls get? A is best; lower levels are more often labelled as spam.
- What is the per-minute rate, and how is it rounded (for example per second, or 6-second steps)?
- What documents do you need to verify my business, and how long does it take?
