Reactivate your old HVAC leads

The people who asked about HVAC and never went ahead are worth a call. The agent calls them, has the first conversation, and puts the interested ones through to your closer, live.

What a HVAC call sounds like

A sample call, shortened, using the HVAC template's own lines.

LeadHello?

AgentHi, may I speak with Dana?

LeadSpeaking.

AgentDana, you'd asked about your home's heating and cooling. This is Ava with HVAC USA. Are you still looking for help with that?

LeadMy system works fine.

AgentGood to hear. The specialist can check it over so you know where it stands. Want me to get them on?

LeadSure.

AgentAbout how old is your heating and cooling system?

Dana answers. The answer is kept for your closer.

AgentThanks. Let me see if I can get someone on.

Your closer hears: "I have Dana on the line for a hvac consultation. Dana lives in Texas." with any answers, then "Recorded line." Then Dana joins the call.

What the agent asks

The answers go to your closer in the briefing, and to your CRM if you connect one. Change, add or remove questions for each campaign; they never block a transfer.

How it answers common objections

The agent never quotes a price or a saving and never tells anyone they qualify: questions like those go to your closer. Edit any answer, or add your own.

Who it hands off to

When the lead says yes, the agent says it will bring in "my heating and cooling specialist" and rings your closer's number. Your closer hears a short briefing, then the lead joins the call. If your closer can't pick up, a callback is set. The agent calls as Ava with HVAC USA unless you change the name, the company or the voice.
