Connect your OnePageCRM account: contacts with a status, tag or lead source you pick are called by
SolarDialer's AI agent within a minute, interested leads are transferred live to your closer, and every call is
logged on the contact with its result, summary, transcript and recording, with Next Actions for the follow-up.
You need a SolarDialer account and a OnePageCRM user: SolarDialer connects with that user's ID and
API key.
Call by status, tag or lead source
Choose a contact status, a tag, a lead source (or "any new contact") and a campaign: each contact that has it
and is added or changed from then on joins the campaign within a minute, called on its schedule, always within
the lead's legal calling hours.
Every call on the contact
Each call is logged as a OnePageCRM call with its result and recording link, and the AI summary, answers and
transcript as its text.
Next Actions for the follow-up
A callback becomes a Next Action at the time the lead asked. A lead who said yes but whose transfer didn't
connect gets an ASAP Next Action, so they top your Action Stream. Pick a status or a deal stage and interested
leads move there.
Tags for your filters
The tags SD Interested, SD Transferred, SD Callback and SD Do Not Call are added to
the contact, so your filters and lists can act on them.
Set up in 3 steps
Copy your user ID and API keyIn OnePageCRM, open the API settings page
(app.onepagecrm.com/app/api), then Configuration, and copy your user ID and API key.
ConnectSign in to SolarDialer, open Account → Integrations, paste both under OnePageCRM and
click Connect.
Choose who is calledOn the same page, add a rule: a status, tag or lead source (or any new
contact) and the campaign those contacts join. Optionally pick the status or deal stage interested leads move
to.
What SolarDialer reads and writes in OnePageCRM
OnePageCRM data
What SolarDialer does with it
Contacts
Reads the contacts changed since its last look (every minute), and the name, phones,
email and address of those a rule picks, to call them. Finds (by phone or email) or creates the contact for a
lead whose call reached someone, adds the SolarDialer tags, and moves it to the status you picked for
interested leads. Private contacts are never read.
Settings
Reads your user's name and time zone, your contact statuses, tags, lead sources,
pipelines and call results, for the pickers and the call log.
Calls
Logs each call on the contact with its result, recording link and text.
Deals
If you picked a deal stage: creates a deal for an interested lead, or moves their open
one in that pipeline when they are transferred.
Next Actions
Adds one for each callback booked, at the time asked, and an ASAP one for a lead
whose transfer didn't connect, for the contact's owner.
People are called only within their calling hours, never when they are on your do-not-call list
or asked not to be called, and at most the attempts your campaign allows. Your OnePageCRM data is used only to
place and report your calls; see our privacy policy and terms.
Disconnecting
Click Disconnect OnePageCRM on Account → Integrations. The key is forgotten at once;
to be sure it can't be used again, change it on OnePageCRM's API settings page, which also stops other apps using
it. Results stop going to OnePageCRM; the leads and calls already in SolarDialer stay in your account until you
delete them, and nothing is removed from OnePageCRM. To have your SolarDialer data deleted, email
info@solardialer.net.
Full setup guide
Everything you need to set it up and keep it running. Stuck? Email info@solardialer.net.
A OnePageCRM account and a user in it. SolarDialer connects with that user's ID and API key: calls, Next Actions and new contacts are made as that user.
A SolarDialer account with at least one campaign that isn't finished. Leads are called once your account is approved and the campaign is running.
Contacts with a phone number. Private contacts are never read: OnePageCRM keeps them out of its API, even for their owner.
Step by step
Copy your user ID and API keyIn OnePageCRM, open the API settings page (app.onepagecrm.com/app/api), then the Configuration tab, and copy your user ID (24 letters and digits) and your API key.
Open Integrations in SolarDialerSign in on solardialer.net and open Account, then Integrations. Under Connect, find the OnePageCRM card and click Connect OnePageCRM.
ConnectPaste the user ID under User ID and the key under API key, and click Connect. The page says "OnePageCRM connected (your name)" and the account appears under Your CRM with a Connected badge.
Add a rule: who is calledUnder Your CRM, in Contacts to call, pick a status, a tag or a lead source in Who is called (or Any new contact), pick the Campaign and click Add rule. From then on, matching contacts join that campaign within about a minute.
Choose where interested leads go (optional)In Interested leads go to, pick a contact status (under Contact status) or a deal stage (under Deal in your pipeline). Optionally pick another in Transferred leads go to, for leads put through to your closer; it may be a status or a deal stage either way. Click Save.
Test itMake a test contact in OnePageCRM with your own phone number and the status, tag or lead source your rule uses. Within a minute or two it is a lead in your campaign in SolarDialer. After the call, the contact shows the call with its result and text.
Settings, explained
In the status
A rule picks contacts in that status that are made, or changed, after the rule was added. OnePageCRM keeps no time of a status change, so a contact that was already in the status is picked only when it is next changed.
Tagged
A rule picks contacts with that tag (in any letter case) that are made, or changed, after the rule was added. Adding the tag to a contact changes it, so tagging is enough.
From the lead source
A rule picks contacts with that lead source that are made, or changed, after the rule was added.
Any new contact
Every contact made in OnePageCRM after the rule was added joins the campaign.
Campaign
The SolarDialer campaign the rule's contacts join. Only campaigns that aren't finished are listed. They are called on the campaign's schedule, within each lead's legal calling hours.
Rules
Up to 20, one per status, tag or lead source. Each contact joins a campaign once: one already called through SolarDialer, or made by SolarDialer, is never added again. Remove a rule with its Remove button.
Interested leads go to
A contact status the contact moves to, or a deal stage: a pending deal is made there for the contact (named after the lead), unless it has an open deal in that pipeline already. An interested lead is one who said yes to your closer, whether or not the transfer connected, or one who booked a callback with the closer instead. Leave the status as it is: nothing moves.
Transferred leads go to (optional)
A different status or deal stage for leads whose transfer to your closer connected. With a deal stage, their open deal in that pipeline moves there (or one is made). The same as interested leads uses the choice above.
What it reads and writes
Read: contacts
Every minute, the contacts changed since the last look (yours and your team's, as far as your user may see them). For a contact a rule picks: first and last name (or the company name), phone (mobile first), email, address, city, state, ZIP and country.
Read: settings
Your user's name and time zone, your contact statuses, tags, lead sources, pipelines and call results, for the pickers and the call log.
Written: the call
Each call is logged on the contact as a OnePageCRM call: when it started, the number called, a call result (Interested for a transfer, Not interested for a do-not-call request, No answer for a call nobody took; left out where your account has no such result, or for other calls), the recording link, and as its text the outcome, summary, answers, transcript and a link to the call in SolarDialer.
Written: tags
SD Transferred on a transfer, SD Interested for an interested lead, SD Callback for a callback and SD Do Not Call for someone who asks not to be called. A tag your account lacks is added to its tag list. If the contact's company shares tags across its contacts, OnePageCRM applies them to the company's other contacts too.
Written: status and deals
An interested lead's contact moves to the status you picked, or gets a deal at the stage you picked (an open one in that pipeline is moved on a transfer).
Written: Next Actions
A callback adds a Next Action at the time the lead asked ("Callback: tomorrow at 5 PM (SolarDialer calls)" or "(your closer calls)"). A lead who said yes but whose transfer didn't connect gets an ASAP Next Action to call back. Both go to the contact's owner.
Written: contacts
A contact is found by phone, then by email, or made, only for a call that reached someone, an interested lead or a callback. A call nobody answered only updates a contact that already exists. New contacts are owned by the connected user, in OnePageCRM's default status.
Troubleshooting
"Enter your OnePageCRM user ID"
The user ID is 24 letters and digits. Copy it from the API settings page in OnePageCRM, Configuration tab, not your email address.
"OnePageCRM didn't accept that user ID and API key."
The key was changed, or the ID and key are from different users. Copy both again from the API settings page.
"OnePageCRM says the account's subscription has lapsed."
OnePageCRM refuses API calls while the trial has ended or the subscription is cancelled. Renew it, then connect again.
"That OnePageCRM user is connected to another SolarDialer account."
A OnePageCRM user can be linked to one SolarDialer account at a time. Disconnect it there first, or connect with another user's ID and key.
The connection shows Disconnected: "OnePageCRM refused the API key"
The key was changed, or its user removed, in OnePageCRM. Copy the current key and connect again from the OnePageCRM card.
A contact with the rule's status, tag or lead source wasn't called
Check that it was made or changed after the rule was added (edit it to pick it up), that it isn't private, that it has a phone number, that it wasn't already called through SolarDialer, and that its phone isn't already a lead in your account (a number belongs to one lead). Then check that the campaign is running.
Contacts I imported weren't called
Imported contacts are picked up like any others when they are made after the rule (an "any new contact" rule) or carry its status, tag or lead source. A contact imported before the rule was added is picked only when it is next changed.
"Your OnePageCRM statuses, tags and lead sources couldn't be read just now; reload to add a rule."
OnePageCRM didn't answer in time. Reload the page.
"That wasn't found in OnePageCRM. Reload and pick again."
The status, tag or lead source was changed or deleted in OnePageCRM after the page loaded. Reload and pick again.
A call has no result
Your account has no call result for it (Interested, Not interested, No answer), or the call was one that has none (a conversation that wasn't a transfer, say). The outcome is always the first line of the call's text.
"Last problem sending results" with "(trying again shortly)"
OnePageCRM was busy, asked SolarDialer to slow down, or didn't answer. SolarDialer waits and tries again, longer each time; nothing is lost.
FAQ
Why a user ID and API key and not a sign-in button?
OnePageCRM's sign-in for apps is in a closed beta. Until SolarDialer's is approved, you connect with the ID and key OnePageCRM gives every user for their own account. The key is stored encrypted and only ever sent to OnePageCRM.
Does SolarDialer use OnePageCRM's webhooks?
No. They are set up by hand in OnePageCRM, sent only once and not for imports, so SolarDialer looks at your changed contacts every minute instead: nothing to set up, and nothing missed.
How fast is a new contact called?
SolarDialer looks at your contacts every minute, and a picked contact joins the campaign straight away. The campaign calls it on its schedule, within the lead's calling hours.
Do I get results for calls made before I connected?
No. A new connection gets the results of calls from then on.
What if I delete a contact in OnePageCRM?
The next result for that lead finds a contact again by phone or email, or makes a new one.
Will people be called outside calling hours or after asking not to be called?
No. People are called only within their calling hours, never when they are on your do-not-call list or asked not to be called, and at most the attempts your campaign allows. A do-not-call request adds SD Do Not Call to the contact.
Can I connect two OnePageCRM users?
One per SolarDialer account: the Connect form is hidden while one is connected.
What does it cost?
The connection is free. Calls are billed by the minute from your SolarDialer balance, with $2 of free calls every month.
Disconnect
Click Disconnect OnePageCRM under Your CRM on Account, Integrations. The key is forgotten at once and results stop going to OnePageCRM.
Change the key in OnePageCRM too (the API settings page) if no other app uses it.
Your leads and calls stay in SolarDialer, and nothing is removed from OnePageCRM. To have your SolarDialer data deleted, email info@solardialer.net.
Pay only when we're talking to someone
22¢ a minute while on a call, or 14¢ with your own phone line. Calls nobody answers
are free, and the first $2 of calls every month are on us. The OnePageCRM connection itself costs nothing.
